#38 Tusculum wins final home match against Newberry

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The No. 38 Tusculum College men's tennis team blanked visiting Newberry College 9-0 Sunday afternoon in a South Atlantic Conference match at the Nichols Tennis Complex.  The Pioneers improve to 9-7 overall and 4-1 in league play.  The Indians drop to 1-9, 0-3 on the year.

Tusculum swept all three doubles matches and got singles wins from Roberto Robles, Johnathon Dunstan, Jesse Puckerin, Ben Leahy, Alejandro Rojas and Sergio Pantoja.

TC will travel to cross-mountain foe Mars Hill College Tuesday afternoon beginning at 2 p.m.  The Indians will be at arch-rival Presbyterian College Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m.
