NEWBERRY – The Newberry College Wolves men’s golf team has altered their schedule due to the inclement weather in Concord, N.C., on February 23-24.

The Wolves were scheduled to take part in The Club at Irish Creek Invitational hosted by Pfeiffer University at the Club at Irish Creek in Concord, N.C., on February 23 and 24. Concord is expected to experience rain, snow and cold temperatures all weekend.

Newberry is set to head south to Daytona Beach, Fla., to take part in the Gary Freeman Spring Invitational hosted by Bethune-Cookman. The event will take place at LPGA International on the Jones Course, the signature course of the club designed by Rees Jones in 1994.

The tournament will run from Friday, February 27, to Saturday, February 28.
