Newberry men's golf B-team finishes tied for tenth place

WHITE LAKE, N.C. - The Newberry College men's golf B-team completed play at the Carolina Sands Intercollegiate tied for tenth place after just one round in the rain shortened tournament.

Newberry's second team shot a 309 in the only round of the tournament on Sunday. College was the tournament champions with a round of 286 and the Cobras also featured the individual champion. Trey Bridwell shot a 69.

Individually, the Indians had two top 20 finishers in junior Donald Hadley (North Augusta, S.C.) and senior Colby Hyduke (Bennettsville, S.C.). Hadley finished tied for 13th place with a 73 and Hyduke was tied for 19th with a stroke total of 74.
