Indians Finish Sixth at St. Andrews Fall Invitational

WAGRAM, NC - The Newberry College menís golf team shot a day-two total of 296 to finish with a total of 606, good for a sixth-place finish at the St. Andrews Fall Invitational, hosted by St. Andrews College, on Tuesday afternoon.

Mount Olive College won the team title, going wire-to-wire with a total of 583.

Harold Turner was the highest Newberry finisher, shooting a second-round one-under par 71 to finish with a two-day total of 149, good for a tie for 14th place. 

The Indians will compete next in the Dogfight at the Neuse on October 1 in Raleigh, NC
