NEWBERRY – Newberry men's basketball will face off against Coker on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at Eleazer Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. The Wolves are currently on a four-game winning streak.

Newberry is ranked No. 10 in the D2SIDA Southeast Regional Poll. This is Newberry’s first ranking this season after receiving votes last week.

The Wolves recorded two blocks against Tusculum, its most in a contest this season.

Newberry has won its past four games for the first time this season and has won eight out of the last 11 contests.

The Wolves are ranked second in NCAA Division II in steals per game at 13.8.



 JaQuez Motley leads Coker with 13.5 points per game.

Coker leads the South Atlantic Conference with 15.2 offensive rebounds per game.

The Cobras are third in the SAC in steals at 10.1 steals per game.

Coker has currently lost five of its last six games.

Newberry and Coker split its two meetings last season.
