NEWBERRY - Newberry College athletic director Matt Finley has announced that adidas has signed on to a new contract that will see the company become the Official Outfitter of Newberry College Athletics through the 2018-19 academic year.

This new apparel, footwear, uniform and accessory partnership will be serviced by First Team Sports of Greenville, S.C.

adidas will be the official provider for all 19 of Newberry College’s varsity intercollegiate athletic programs.

“Newberry College is very pleased to enter into a new partnership with adidas and outfit our student-athletes and coaches with quality products across the board and a brand with worldwide recognition,” Finley said. “This partnership also solidifies Newberry College’s commitment to increasing our visibility and recognition both regionally and nationally.”

The all-sport agreement will assist in containing costs throughout the athletic department, make branding more consistent and provide additional fundraising streams for the College.
