NEWBERRY - No. 21/18 Newberry continued their perfect season on Wednesday as they cruised to a 118-79 victory over the College of Faith. On Saturday for the Wolves is the second contest of the season against Southern Wesleyan. 

The previous meeting between the Wolves and Warriors was a tale of two halves. With a four point halftime lead, Newberry shot 10-of-13 from behind the arc in the second half en route to the 40-point victory.

Newberry sits fourth in points per game among Division II with 95.8 points per game. Beyond the arc, the Wolves are second in the nation having connected on 129 3-point shots.

For the Southern Wesleyan Warriors, they are led by Cameron Solomon (19.3ppg) and Kenny Holmes (13.6ppg). On the glass for SWU, Dwayne Bryant (7.1rbg) and Mike Lieberman (6.6rbg) pace the way for rebounds.

If Newberry defeats Southern Wesleyan on Saturday, their matchup on Monday evening against Lincoln Memorial will be a battle of undefeated top-25 teams.
