NEWBERRY – Please view media policies for this weekend's 2016 NCAA Division II Football Championship First Round game between Newberry and Tuskegee below. Many policies are different from regular-season Newberry home games. Please contact Director of Athletic Communications Randall Stewart, who is serving as the Host Media Coordinator, at email@example.com with any questions and to request credentials.
Parking will be reserved for media free of charge if credential requests have been submitted to Randall Stewart, Director of Athletic Communications, by noon on Friday. Four media spots will be reserved in the O.L. Casey parking lot directly behind the visitors' stands (enter from Wolves Way, the road behind the scoreboard, rather than the fountain entrance). All other media will have spaces reserved in the Walker Hall parking lot just up Wolves Way. A parking map is attached.
All media outlets not requesting parking by noon Friday will be directed to general lots.
All credentials must be picked up outside Gate 7, located in the southwest corner of Setzler Field. This is the gate the Newberry players enter the field from and is near the fountain. All media must present a photo ID to pick up their credentials, and no one will be allowed to pick up credentials for another person.

Press Box Seating
Every effort will be made to provide seating in the press box to all media members that need it, but space is limited. Please request press box seating by contacting Randall Stewart at the email address listed above. Seating in the press box will be assigned.
Game notes, current two-deeps and rosters, flip cards, and programs will be provided in the press box before kickoff. Statistics will be printed after each scoring play and at the end of each quarter. Postgame statistics booklets will be available to all media members requesting them.
Press Conference and Interview Policies
A postgame press conference in Room 214 of Eleazer Arena will begin after a 10-minute cooling off period. The losing team will go first and speak for a maximum of 10 minutes, followed by the winning team for up to 20 minutes.
Only requested student-athletes that participated in the game, along with each team's head coach, will be made available at the press conference.
No postgame interviews will be permitted outside of the press conference. The only exception is each team's radio crew, which is permitted to interview each head coach and student-athletes for a period of up to four minutes total immediately following the contest and may interview assistant coaches indefinitely.
The Host Media Coordinator will designate a pool reporter if necessary.
Internet and Live Statistics
Internet login information and live statistics URLs will be provided to media members in the press box.
The press box of Setzler Field and Room 214 of Eleazer Arena, the site of the press conference, have been designated as media workrooms.
Press Box Food
Food will be delivered to the press box prior to kickoff.
