NEWBERRY - The Newberry College athletic department is pleased to invite the Scouting community throughout South Carolina to join the Wolves for "Scout Night" on Saturday, October 4, as Newberry takes on Wingate at 6 p.m. in football action.

All Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts in uniform - along with properly identified scouting leaders - will be admitted free of charge for that night's game. For free admission, Scouts should go through Gate 1 of Setzler Field - next to the Will Call booth near the fountain.

"We would love to see Setzler Field full of Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts from the Blue Ridge and Indian Waters Councils and Girl Scouts from the Mountains to Midlands Council that night, cheering our Wolves on to victory!" said Newberry College Athletic Director Matt Finley.
