Indians Move to 18th in this Week's AFCA Poll

NEWBERRY, SC - Newberry College jumped six spots to No. 18 in this week’s AFCA Division II Coaches’ Poll, which was released on Tuesday.

The Indians (5-0, 1-0 SAC) received 229 points after only receiving 55 points in last week’s poll.  Newberry also cracked the d2football.com and Don Hansen national polls this week.  The Indians are ranked 20th and 19th respectively in the d2football.com and Don Hansen polls.  Newberry is the highest-ranked SAC school in the Don Hansen poll this week.
