Was a perfect 4-4 against Anderson in the first game of the double header, added two rbis and as many runs scored (4/19)... Hit his lone home run in a 3-4 effort with an rbi and run scored against Catawba in the South Atlantic Conference tournament (4/25)...

Saw action in 28 games, including 19 starts between outfield and designated hitter... Hit a team high .392 in 74 at bats... Totaled 29 hits including six doubles, three triples and one home run... Swiped nine bases, drove in 19 runs and also scored the same amount... Carried a .447 on base percentage and slugged .595... Had eight multi-hit games... In his first collegiate start he went 2-4 with a triple, two runs scored and three RBIs (2/2)... Against Pfeiffer he went 3-5 with three doubles, two runs scored and two runs batted in (4/2)... Hit his first collegiate home run against Brevard in a 2-4 outing (4/13)...

Played three years of baseball at Boiling Springs HS as a first baseman and outfielder... Named All-Region II-4A, All-Area, and team Offensive MVP... Also played football as a linebacker and was named Defensive Player of the Week...
