Rescheduled date of baseball game at Augusta State announced

AUGUSTA, Ga. - The non-conference baseball game between Newberry College and Augusta State University which was rained out in late March has been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 26. The game will be played at ASU's Jaguar Field at 3 p.m.

The rescheduled game is now Newberry's season finale. The Wolves play five games at home this week, starting with a 6 p.m. game today against No. 24 Georgia College. Newberry hosts Anderson in a three-game South Atlantic Conference series Friday and Saturday. The scarlet and gray can clinch a berth in the Food Lion SAC Baseball Tournament with at least one win in the series.
