NEWBERRY, S.C. – In a culmination of a great fall practice for the Newberry Baseball program, game times have been set for the Newberry Baseball World Series, a best-of-five intersquad series. First pitch for game one is set to go on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m., at Newberry High School’s baseball field. Assistant coach Charlie Goens will lead the Black team while Assistant Coach Brian Boeshko will manage the Red team.
Game two is set to go off on Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. while game three will begin on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 11 a.m. Game four (if necessary) will be on Sunday, Nov. 6 with a 1 p.m. start. Should the series go the limit, the fifth game (if necessary) will be Monday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. All games will be played at the Newberry High School baseball facility.
Game 1 – Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.
Game 2 – Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.
Game 3 – Saturday, Nov. 5 at 11 a.m.
Game 4 (if necessary) – Sunday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m.
Game 5 (if necessary) – Monday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.
